UK Delivery
Standard delivery with Royal Mail to mainland UK:
£3.99 for orders under £150.
FREE delivery for orders over £150 (excluding sale items).
Usually takes between 2-4 working days.
Offshore standard delivery with Royal Mail including Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man – £6.99.
Next day delivery with Royal Mail to mainland UK – £6.99
Please note orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
International Delivery
European Standard Delivery – £13.99
Usually takes 3-5 working days.
By courier (Orders over £250) – £20.00
International Standard Delivery – £24.99
Usually takes 4-8 working days.
By courier (Orders over £250) – £35.00
By courier (Orders over £250) UAE – £40.00

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund the item(s) providing that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase and that they are returned in a period of 14 days. The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached in their original packaging.
Simply email us at: store@tiffanyfashion.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and notify us which item(s) you would like to return, the reason for return and if you would like an exchange, if possible. We will then email you your return number. Please ensure the return number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel and place the original dispatch note in your parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend items are returned via an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250). Please note that all items returned to TiffanyFashion are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our returns department.
